girls need help! in Ft Myers

Headed to Ft Myers FL soon with my a girlfriend and our guys. The boys have suggested a fishing competition (guys against girls, each team with their own boat and capt, backwater fishing around ft myers)

...they have asked us to name the rules...and here is where we need advice...

since they are MUCH more experienced than we are, what is our best bet for getting an advantage on these brutes? should we make the winning criteria "most fish", "biggest fish", or "most cumulative weight of fish"?

we have GOT TO WIN, losers are slaves for the rest of the trip. [unsure]
