I know this is a little late in the season but I got this email from my wife about many great things you can do and one of them was to put a dryer sheet in your pocket to keep
Mosquitoes away.
Has anyone heard or tried this?

[black]Earlier this year, while watching a LPGA event, many of the lady golfers had them tied to their head wear. It was reported to be very effective.[/black]

BTW, you and your wife should develop a more personal method of communication. E-mail is so impersonal. lol

When camping we hang them with a clothespin to the awning. It helps keep them away and makes it smell like fresh laundry.

I've heard about this before and have meant to try it but haven't yet. If you rubbed them on exposed skin do you think that would help keep them away?

I might have one in my shirt pocket but deet is going on period and Perminthin on the backpack and clothes. I stuff dryer sheets in all my camping gear ( tents, sleeping bags and clothes bags and I still have skeeters in the tent at night..
