Pineview 12/29/07

Since my hunting trip got snowed out I decided to take the wife and kids up to Pineview today. That was a disapointment. Catching was non existant. We only had a few bites in about 3 hours. I talked to several others but they were not getting into them either, just one here and one there. We did get there later in the morning, but I didn't even see them on the finder.
Parking sucked, lots of snow along the road and hardly anyone parks straight. I ended up getting stuck trying to avoid the other vehicles. Wht a pain in the A..

That sucks Trav. I fished the narrows starting at 1 and finished at 4:45. I caught 13 perch and 9 crappies the largest going 11". I had fish on the vex all day but they didn't want to hit. 3 tigers hit some new stuff too, but no hook-ups.[cool]

I fished all day at the narrows on the 29th and only caught 3 keeper crappie. Moved around a lot trying to find deeper water, best I could find was 48 feet. If you don't mind me asking, where in the narrows were you fishing?
Yesterday was a slow day due to the low pressure but you seem to have success. Maybe you are just a good fisherman [][]

Everywhere i have fished i have caught atleast 1 crappie, just some places better than others. I was in 31' of water this time.[cool]
