can anybody tell me how the ice conditions are at bear lake and how the fishing is

I can't give you a fishing report, but I can see on the camera that the Utah State Park marina is iced over, but the main lake is not frozen (at least not outside of the marina).

Lake is open, marina is glazed over.

Cisco run is just around the corner and the fishing will get slow. Well, at least it has in the past for me. The trout will be chowing down on easy meals.

Yep, I watched a few groups of anglers fishing Utah Lake State Park marina today and I didn't see them catch a single fish, and they didn't act like they were getting any action at all. I need to catch a decent white bass for the tourney.
