Saw these two just below the damn at Rockport last weekend.

I'll second that. Rode about forty miles on snowmobiles yesterday and the only Elk we saw were half a mile from the highway. Across a big deep ditch, Could have shot one easy, but we would still be up there packing it out in quarters.
