Has anyone tried perch roe for bait or otherwise?

Also have you found any difference in using perch eyes that you have frozen for latter use?

there is a borax powder that you can use on the eyes the same as you do with the roe. curing time is about the same...

yes they do work...

just not one of my favorite things to do,
