You were right about the walleye heading up to the dams [cool] !
Three yesterday at the Beaverton dams in Gladwin County, all under 13" on Gulp baits . Two other guys I know had better luck at their dams further souteast from me .
It was a little too cold to take the camera out so no pics [unsure] .

Ausome!

If I had to make a list of fish to eat, walleye would be right at the top.

Yeah I've had a lot of success on those GULP baits. I use the small leech and the natural and pumpkinseed crawlers a bunch. They seem to do the trick on a wide range of fish. I see they came out with a shinner that is suppose to work really well but I havn't tried them yet. They come in a small bucket and run around $10.00. Don't remember how many you get but looked like it would last quite a while.

No fishing for me for next 2 weeks as the boss has me traveling. Since Saturday I've been in 4 states. Over week I'll be in 3 more. I sure am glad the company is paying for the gas and hotel rooms.
