Here are a few more:
Huntington (be prepared for deep snow and thick ice), Scofield, Fairview Lakes (likely snowed in), Electric Lake, Flaming Gorge, Currant Creek, probably Fish Lake, and lots of higher elevation lakes if you have a way to get to them.
