Almost summer
#1
Caught some nice colorful cutts down outside of St. George. Got tired of the cold and headed down. Warm enough to fish in short sleeves, shorts and even wet wade. The wet wading wasn't by design. I only brought my chest waders and since I seldom step into more than a foot of water on this little stream I went with just an old pair of shoes instead. Worked out fine. Almost as good as summer fishing except the fish topped out at a foot long.

Nice catch. A little warm weather fishing would be nice. I have been looking for some spots to fish when I go down that way, if you don’t mind telling me what river or stream did you catch that on. Thanks

Very Nice Riverdog....those colors are outstanding!
I fished the pond today and caught several on the Chironomid. Was a good day.
Mine didn't have quite the colors yours did:

By the way the water is right next to the picture so this guy went right back in after a quick hook release.

FG , albino trout are supposed to be pale[Wink]. I didn't get to try the new rod out but Lee's Ferry's trout reportedly survived the high flows just fine. I'll put it to good use at the end of next week down there.
