The Spine Eel

SPINE EEL soft plastic lures are made with a patented "internal mesh backbone". The backbone is shown in a cross sectional view to the right. The backbone is made of a special polymer which is very strong yet flexible.

Great for surf fishing, trolling or jigging. Originally designed for Striped Bass fishing, these soft plastic baits are great for Cobia, Bluefish, Tarpon, Musky, Largemouth Bass or other saltwater and freshwater gamefish.

The soft plastic body of the SPINE EEL is injection molded around the backbone. The backbone makes the lure extremely tear resistant and prevents the hook from being pulled out of the lure.

Lures can be used for hundreds of casts, many hours and dozens of fish without replacement.

Can you change hooks on those? Those look like some nice Eel to play with on the fish.[cool]

Yes, although it comes with a hook, many people have had great success using their own. We do have some pictures up as well so you can see some of the fish that have been caught with The Spine Eel.
