Lower Salmon River
#1
Started at 7 with the water temp of 45. Not much change from last week. Water was up to the top of the ramp. Any more rain and it will be parking in water.[Sad] Headed up to my first hole and no fish on the graph. Fished it anyway with white x-rap that always worked, then dead sticking a white fluke to a couple of jerk baits as well. NOTHING. Drifted over a flat that has produced, but their not there yet, useing a crawdad. Third hole showed small fish but no takers. May have been perch. Decided to head up the yankee power plants channel. One other boat there as well. Threw a green jig at every tree and blow down. Nada. Decided to quit at 11.00 as there were no bites to be had. Hopefully I can get the skunk out of the Lund next week.LOL

I concentrated on the wood that was flooded in the canal. My log shows good catches there the last two years at this time of year. I'm just to early I guess. Or the east wind messsed me up. Or was it my unlucky hat??[cool]
