Willard 4-17
#1
Sorry for late post but went out to Willard yesterday evening before the wind got really bad. I got there about 5:00 5:30 and fished till dark but was chased out of the water due to the waves by the time I got to the northeast corner. Before the wind picked up I pulled in 2 little whypers and 5 kitty's from the marina mouth to the main body of water draggin minnow and night crawler. Nothin fancy. I didn't have anything to tell me true depth or water temp so I can't tell you that part. But I say I was fishin about 4ft of water on out and attempted to stay about that deep the whole time. When the wind picked up out of the south southwest the bites slowed down and only picked up a greasy smelly carp. Other than that for a couple hour trip out of bordem turned out pretty ok.
I know one thing here soon I need to get a camera so i can post some fancy pics up of my catches and some of the views.

Welp that trip was a bust we didn't even get half way to willard for some kitty chasin tonight when my buddy realized he forgot his license in his truck. So we had to turn back and get it by the time we got back he fell to sleep in my truck so he desided to go home so i didn't go back up to fish. For chasin kitty's alone at night gets kinda boring.

[cool][#0000ff]You need a new fishing buddy. Losing your rods, forgetting license, etc.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Glad you at least picked up a few fish, even in the wind. That lake can get a bit breezy.[/#0000ff]
