Jeez Louise - when are those fish gonna wake up - I don't think we could catch a cold right now [frown] 49 degree water in main lake went upriver and found 52 degree water - marked a lot of fish and caught nada, zilch - not even a bite. Could not even get a perch to bite - I think they are lying to us - they are no fish in there [] LOL. Pretty windy at times - so finesse fishing was more like combat fishing - I guess we will just hurry up and wait a little more.

Welcome to yuba!!! Fishing usually doesnt get better till may or when the weather gets stable . I have learned this over the last 11 years that i have fished it. The bows if there are any left over from the pike feedings should be shallower this time of year you might have better luck catching them.
