Is it worth going fishing after a cold front??
I heading up to Jordanelle to find out, and with the ice an snow on the ramp I can't think of a better time to find out will post when I get back...
Any one else heading out today???

For me, the volume of fish caught usually dropped significantly, but I've caught all of my biggest fish midday after cold front passage when it seemed like a waste of time until the fish hit!

i think pre and post frontal conditions vary from day to day and species to species. I think the best solution is what bassrods is doing. going out and finding out!

I tried three or four lures but the drop shot and gulp minnow was working the best and was the only thing I got any thing on or had a bite on...
I caught 15 to 25 fish all but one was bows with the one bass all fish was from 12" to 16" I would say didn't put a tape on any just a look...
And all came from 5' to 25' deep..
