I set out this morning planning to fish the river through the canyon. Tried a few spots....No luck. So I headed up to pineview. Glad I did...... I landed a small musky right away. But thats about it. My buddy had one on within about 5 mins of mine but lost it. Then for the next 2 hours or so.........nothing.[inline "musky 6-14-08.jpg"]

I am not having any luck at pineview either so don't feel bad. It's still early and the fish are just spread all over the place and there not that active as of Friday because the water temp was down.

Yeah I hear you....
I'm going to try again tomorrow. I'm hopping that with the heat today that the fishing will be a little better. Plus I'm fishing from shore and thats a pain as flooded as it is up there.
