Ok im not trying to step on any toes here, This is just a view that has been somewhat lost. First let me say that i do NOT condone illegal fish stockings, what I do agree with is communication with the dnr. Utah has seen a massive influx of transplants from other states over the last 20 years. Some of those newcommers grew up catching perch, walleyes or what ever and they think its ok to drop them in any lake they please. What they dont understand is the lakes in the west are not the same, now dont get me wrong im not blaming all the transplants, but i know for a fact it has happend. What needs to happen is this: First and formost we need to call out the dnr and get them to educate everybody on the massive problems that go with bucket bio. Second and just as important we need to get the game wardens to step up and give us some help,I quit calling years ago when i saw something ,because they just wont show up it they do they dont do anything- fyi the bear river netting by our south of the border freinds. Im onboard if anybody can figgure out how to get the dnr to give some feedback, If i could get drew to answer his phone it might be a bit easier. just my veiw, hope i didnt step on toes.
