We spent a couple days at the family cabin on Scofield Reservoir over the 4th of July. I didn't get a chance to do much serious fishing during that time at the boat was occupied with skiers and tubers most of the time.
I did get a chance to take my kids out and get a couple of hours in on Friday morning and Friday evening.
We were very successful bait fishing around the island. Most fish we caught were in the smaller 12 - 14" range with the occasional 17" rainbow.
The weather was amazing and the water was crystal clear.
