Need some advice on Bear Lake..

My uncle is in town and wants to fish Bear Lake, thinking about taking him sometime next week, any advice on where and what to fish? I was hoping to due some jigging for some macs but I have no idea where to try. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Are fishing from a boat? if so try over by the Rock Pile near Gus Rich Point. The depth varies, move around until you find them .

This time of year you need to be on the water early! As soon as you can see what your doing. I would try the East side also. Not so many boaters over there and the water is deeper over there. Move around and hunt them down. Then either Jig or troll. Look at trolling a silver flatfish or else a rapala assorted colors. Or Jig a 4-5 inch tube jig with some cisco or sucker meat down to them.
