Lower Provo, around the Golf course !! I used to fish the area from the substation at ShopKo Plaza up through the Golf course. There is a diversion dam there that you can access the river. About 20 years ago, I had an interesting "discusssion" with an employee of said Golf course as I fished up stream. An other really good section is from the DI bridge up to the Substation at Shopko Plaza. Diamond Fork is another stream that has great fishing but limited access.
