How to attach rod holders to a Zodiac?

How do you attach anything to a tube or a blow up boat without straps?

[#0000bf]That's what I said, I use that same one on my pontoon. See picture below. But, I want to apply with glue, a holder onto the tube of a Zodiak Raft.[/#0000bf]

[#500000]Does it have a floor?......Look at the one in Cabelas marine cat. page 170......Either buy it, or get the mounting base for the floor and design a T-bar to go into it......If you are after larger fish, I would opt for a piece of stainless railing rather than pvc......WW.[/#500000]
