Sounds good, a new one on the website with only the 115 optimax is 25,700 plus freight and setup not to mention the kicker and all the other extras.

I have a 2000 Tracker Targa. I really like the boat. Mounting downriggers in a usable configuration is a challenge, but that may not be an issue for you.

It's got a lot of extras, but unless they are exactly what you want they don' do you much good. Who cares about coastlines in a Utah GPS unit. I would think around 18 K is where it should be (haven't booked it, just a guess) anything less than that would be a bargin. Depending on when he bought it the warranty could be expired before next season. I also have a hard time taking anyone too seriously if they are too lazy to take a few digital pics and put them up, cutting and pasting from the Tracker website is a bit lazy.

thanks for the replies guys... one of the reasons I ask about this boat is that I have been looking at a 2008, 18 foot tracker brand new, and I am interested in downriggers and very good sonar and gps... the new one is 23,500 so is this a little high then???

It seems a little high to me, but you do get a lot of extras. The problem with mounting downriggers on the model I have is the gunnels are not wide to just mount them directly and have enough backing to withstand the stress of the downrigger. If the newer models have overcome this, you should have no problem. Another thing to consider is how much bending will you have to do to operate the downriggers. With the rear casting platform, you may have to spend a lot of time on your knees hooking up releases. Since I started fishing downriggers, I have been considering changing boats. If you do not fish downriggers that much, they are great boats.

If you can afford it, go with the Lund.
