This is why it takes so long to get things rolling with Oil as well.. Honestly what do they think the state is going to do? Blow up the state?

A guy I know his company got rights to one of these natural gas wells... They are hoping to cut their >100K per Month gasoline bill by running their rigs on Natural Gas.. The state says "Yah, OK" Environmentalists come in and say "No Way!" Probably with their nose in a starbucks cup out east somewhere from the City!..

They have probably never even seen this area .. a Natural Gas well might add a little scenery!

I wonder if I was able to make a press release about going fishing in the same waters that contain the June Sucker if I could get slapped with a lawsuit.. Just to show how disconnected they are with the things they are filing lawsuits.
"Local anglers group gets approval from State Department of Wildlife to harvest various species of fish, including the nearly extinct indigenous Jutne Sucker" (see you can't mention that they are not allowed to keep the fish.. Then, you put in a quote from a "Dumb" fisherman)
"Our agreement states that if we catch one of them important fish, we promise to put the Suckers back"

Think that will get a lawsuit filed against the state?!
