3 new fishermen today @ east canyon

well got the chance to run 3 nephews up to east canyon today. none have ever been fishing before today, and i think i can say we got 3 new fishermen. got to the lake around 6 and trolled the west side of the lake with popgear and worms 4 colors deep. in 4 hours we kept 13 fish and threw prob that many smaller ones back. not to great of size trout but the boys had fun catching em and i think their hooked now

Cool did any the fish have them worms? Id like to go back up and try again.

That's a great feeling to take kids for the first time and let them catch fish and see them light up. [shocked]

I have a picture on my office wall of each of my kids and grandkids with their first fish.

I think that is more fun than catching fish myself..well, almost! [laugh]
