Knolls????

Newbie to posting but been reading the wonderful info in the forum for a while now though. Was wondering if anyone had directions to get to the knolls? fished the westside all year but not sure where the knolls are based on the photos. Help would be great!

Once you are traveling south on the road on the west side of the lake (highway 68 or Redwood Road), turn off the road at highway marker 19 and follow a dirt road down to the lake.

Can you launch a 17' boat at the knolls? or is there another option on that side of the Lake? I will try to go in the morning [Friday]. I just don't know where i can launch.

Just launch at the South Saratoga Springs harbor. I think it stays quite shallow for a long ways out there.

I put in at Pelican Point always, nice boat launch area and bathrooms. Cost is $8.

My future wife is not allowing me to due much fishing until after the wedding (Sept 6) but I will be out at the knolls this sunday evening when she goes to work!
DEo not have a tube yet though that will also have to wait till the big day but I am going to take my waders. Is it possible to wade out at the knolls or is there a pretty good drop off?
