Strawberry River?

Have always done well on the Strawbwerry River above the Pinnacles. Went on Sunday (8/24) and got nothing. Didn't scare any fish while traveling upstream. Looks like recent flooding from side canyons has had impact on this fishery.

Anyone else having any luck there this year?

I was up there about a month ago and did OK with a small rainbow rapala.

Maybe i should try starting above the old homestead. The flooding seems to have originated from a side canyon in that vicinity, evidenced by the washed out road that was reworked.

I will never give up on this fishery.
