What is the most odd bait you have ever used to catch a fish?

Anything from bare hooks to veggies for blue gill, Catfish anything from hotdogs to rotten chicken....The rotten chicken was awful to put on the hook.

For tout...I used to soak hatchery pellets in coffee to make trout doughballs, they worked better soaked in coffee then in corn juice. That was great bait before PB
