FINALLY bagged my first Lahontan Cutts
#1
As you may remember from my "Donner Party" fishing trip of a couple of weeks ago ( http://www.bigfishtackle.com/forum/Float...ead#unread ) I had yet to catch my first LCT.

Well? That's no longer the case. Hit up Heenan lake again yesterday and did pretty well. Caught 4 altogether, a couple in the 20"+ range, one just under, and one "small" one.

Also used my fish finder for the first time and my new photo rig.

Photo rig (you'll notice the remote shutter wire coming off of it):

Biggest fish (need a bigger net!):

Lake closes this weekend so I'll have to wait until next year to hit those brutes again...

Thanks for a wonderful report. It looks like you did a good job on getting the fish to cooperate for the camera.

That is a clever mount for the Camera as well. Someone is always coming up with a different way to do it right.[cool]
