vegas to utah trout streams

hi all ... greetings from the east i visit my parents in Las Vegas 3-4 times a year and love to fish where i live (western new york) i can be on some pretty good smallmouth bass or trout streams inside of 20 minutes, out here its a little different but i would still like to fish as much as possible with out driving forever so coming from vegas what would be the closest good trout stream/s??
