Can you guys tell me where I can find info on Hyrum Dam/Res for ice fishing. I can't find much about it.

I drove over the dam this afternoon. There were a couple fishing on ice near dam outlet, but east end appeared open. Did not look like anyone had accessed from boat launch area. Pretty warm today.
