[cool]I just read an article on line that tonight's full moon is going to be the biggest and brightest of the year. I am thinking of hitting Yuba in the morning. Any thoughts about how this moon will affect the fishing? I would imagine the Walleye might be hot at night not sure about the perch?[crazy] Allmost makes me want to brave the cold and head out midnight.[sly]

The moon will rise tonight (Sat) at 5:02 and set tomorrow morning at 8:21 AM. Sunrise will be at 7:47 Sunday. would expect the best fishing will be around 2:00PM Sunday when the moon is directly underfoot.
I'll be a t Yuba tomorrow fishing for northern, so I'll get to see first hand if the moon theory is correct.

THERE IS ICE WITH SNOW ON TOP OF IT I DON'T THINK THE MOON WILL REALLY HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.

Then you are missing out. Your only thinking of the light from the moon. It's the gravity of the moon that effects fish feeding, remember the moons gravity is enough to pull the entire Pacific ocean up, away from the earth 20', twice a day.
