I made it up to the pig a couple times this week. The Kokanee fishing has been productive, and I managed to pull a limit both times (pics). All the fish have been around 10-12 inches, but I did land an odd-ball measuring 14.5 inches. Looked strange next to the others--long and skinny (in the picture by the blue box). I rarely catch them this long at the pig, even trolling in the summer... must have forgotten to spawn. Saturday's snow storm was awesome. I ended up deciding to go at the last minute and went alone. Hardly anyone up there, quiet, stormy, a lot of fish biting. I am going to try to catch them at night later this week, should be interesting. Any Cache Valley residents have an old car headlight I can have? Any make or model will do.
