Caught my limit @ deer creek in short order

I new to fishing but living in utah county i have fished deer creek more than a few times. But today was diffrent, got there @ 9 caught on bow on the first drop , ratso and a waxie. Then about 11 I changed my second rod from PB to a shiny siver spoon with a radical glow pink jig and worm @ the end. For the next 45 minutes I caught 6 fish on both set ups. I dont know if it was just dunb luck or if the spoon and jig were bringin um in. What ever it was huray for fast action @ deer creek twice I had double hook ups. Fished on the east side of the Island in 35 feet of water. Waxie @ 17 ft, Jig @ 32 ft. Could of caught more but had to leave.
