Good job guys. So I assume the ice is in good shape? Were you at PR or Oasis?

I was out there myself today. Real nice day besides a little wind. I managed 9 porkers with only one dink. My buddy only had two porkers and a dink. But there were a lot of fish. Just had to be patient and wait for the heavy weight before setting the hook.

we parked at Oasis but fished about one mile out from the boat ramp.. ice is at least 8 inches in most parts some around 10. the edges were not to bad seeing they didnt break with the weight of the wheeler when we went home at 1:00

My son and I hit it on Sunday we walked at least a mile north and west of the boat ramp. We saw a lot of fish on sonar and got a lot of bites which I assume were small perch. The catching was pretty slow my son caught a couple of 12 inchers but the dreaded skunk is on me. We probably should have moved more but our old friend the wind kept us hunkered down in the tent. We had no trouble getting on and off the ice.

ya the edges were not to bad when we left. the wheelers didnt break any ice, which surprised me since we had a heavy sportsman with 2 guys on it. just had to drive through the two feet margin that was melted but water didnt even come up to our feet so no biggie.
