Willard south marina

Is the south marina at willard up and running yet?? Last I heard they were doing some dredging or something. I might make a trip up there sunday to take the new boat for a shakedown cruise and see if I can find some wipers.

shallow shad raps, not sure of the depth my fish finder isnt working. I do know that even at one hundred yrds out from the bank the deep divers were still all over the bottom. We even picked up seven walleyes and one big ugly carp on those surface lures.
