Bill and I decided to try a few docks today. We fished about 4 hours this afternoon. We started out with a bang and had a couple of good keepers after the first couple of casts. Then it slowed considerably. None of the rest of the docks we hit would produce more than one. We ended up with 5 keepers and about 6 shorts. He did catch the first white crappie we have seen on Tims. The rest were all blacknose. The largest was 13 in. We also took a few minutes out when we saw some top water activity and he caught about a 16 or 17 in. rockfish. He caught the most crappie, the most rockfish, but we caught the same # of bass. The crappie were on 1/32 jig w/ all chartruse or chartruse and white. The rockfish was on a spoon. The count was 5 and the water was 48 to 51.
