splash Dog Competition

if anybody knows anything about Splash Dog Competition I really want to enter my dog into the contest. Am I too late? if not what do I need to do to enter? I just think I might have fun doing this and it would be cool if he does good. Here is a vid of one of his smaller jumps.

I just showed up last year and registered at the event. This year it seems to have picked up popularity. I would recommend registering early.
