The ice is about 16 in thick and nice no slush. The edges were good and weather was really nice. We iced quite a few and lost as many in the hole ond off the line them fish are preety smart and know how to get off. Gizzy bugs seemed good. This is only my second trip there I LOVE IT I want to go one more time before ice off

Those are some beautiful cutts...i love it there!
Hey we were hoping to get out there next weekend. I was wondering if you think 4 wheelers would do ok. You said there wasn't any slush...was it just under a thin layer of ice that a wheeler would bust through or was there zero slush? Thanks.

I had my 4-wheeler up there Saturday, and the conditions were perfect for it.
We saw plenty of fish, but the bite was pretty slow. We caught fish, just not at the rate we had hoped.
