<br /> Went out yesterday for a couple hours in the hurricane like wind. Found a spot out of the wind and managed to catch a few. Fished a point sheilded from the wind in about 10 feet of water. Most were caught on custom colored ringers (thanks to my 8 year old) pearl with some combination of red and chartreuse fished deep. Kept five for dinner. <br /> I put them on ice and cleaned them today. I got home late and was in a hurry and cold. Apparently I forgot to flip two of the fish over and filet the other side emoBang . So only 8 filets.<br /> First time grilling with the cedar plank and they came out really good. Much healthier than frying and pretty darn good.emoHungry
