where to fish in Auburn

I really appreicate if someone can tell me nice places.

I ever went to lee county state public fishing lake. Every time I need pay $3 daily permit and cann't even catch one tiny fish.

your problem may not be location, it may be in the timeing.

now some days they will hit all day and others they may only be active near shore in the first few hours of dawn and the last couple three hours at dusk.

the other thing that can help is what your presentating... as with most lures they have their optimum speed and when you get it down its hard to keep them big mouths off your line.
