Hello ALL!

This is my first post on this board. I have been lurking for a few weeks and thought i would speak to the fishing at Chester Frost. Over the last few days me and the kids have had a blast. We caught smallies, striped, Bluegill, LG Mouth and a truck load of Catfish. I knew plastics worked from the peir but we tried working the banks and it paid off big time! We caught alot on Panther Martin Gold/Gold (like Rooster Tail) even Catfish. The large bass were hitting top-water and Rap Suspending Shad. I am pretty much a noivice, can anyone tell me why the in-line spinner was so successful? Perhaps, with all the rain the fish were just in a playful mood. All of the fish were released.

The best Bass was a 7.5 lBS --see picture below --he is one of the guys that hit the Rapala Rattle

Thanks for any comments
