deer creek is on the rise

hey guys just thougth i would give ya a report that deer creek is gaining water, it is coming pretty quickly in the flats.

thanks for the report. to bad some other lakes aren't doing that. hey how is the fishing on the river there in midway. I'm thinking about hitting it next week.

well it depends on how you will be fishing it. the fact is the water levels are way up, areas that were only ankle deep a month ago, are now 4 feet deep, so i would suggest waiting a little bit before fishing that section. what they are doing is flooding the river to clean it out from all of the construction they have been doing to it. if i may suggest a section of the river to fly fish it would be the lower section just below deer creek, that is what the guide at the fly shop said, "they will hit almost anything right now" is a qoute.
