The road is open and the lake is ice free and spilling. Fish were stocked on Tuesday, June 17 and with a good carryover of fish and lots of water should mean a good summer here. This would be a great place to take the kids fishing on a hot day, it is cooler than in Elko and the bite should be good. The Angel Lake Kids Fishing Derby will be Saturday, July12th.
