<br /> Got out on the Chick again this afternoon and fished til dark... Today day was one of those days I havent had in long time... one of those rare days where I didnt catch a spot. Just caught largemouth today.<br /> <br /> After being silly for a second its time to get to my report....<br /> <br /> Started the trip off fishing a ledge or two throwing a c-rigged black lizard again... sat on both ledges a good 20-30 minutes but only managed one 11" largemouth out of 15-20FT... <br /> <br /> So we headed for some grass and tried to pick up a topwater bite, for the next 2 hours we threw frogs and toads and managed another 3 largemouth, none were keepers.<br /> <br /> Then we headed back out to the main river around 7PM and fished a new ledge I havent fished and was willing to try out. We found the fish fairly shallow on the top of the ledge just before the drop in about 7-8FT... managed another 6 largemouth with 3 of them measuring. 2 of the 3 keepers went close or around 2.5lbs.<br /> We hit one more ledge just before heading in and missed 3 more fish until it just got too dark with out the spotlight and blacklights.<br /> Not the best day but I was a little happy not to catch a crazy spot even though I dont really care... emoBig <br /> And sorry no pictures today left the camera here by the computer. emoDoh
