Got to the lake close to 7ish pm. Went up river to try and find some new ledges to fish. Struck out on those. Ended up fishing a ledge I knew and caught 3, 2 on back to back cast. Maybe 22ft deep. On the way back we stopped at the ol hump that I always catch fish. TRying to put Adam and Mendy on a fish. I caught 2 more and that was it. Apparently the bass really wanted to drop shot today not the c-rig, shaky head, t-rig or crank bait. Used green pumpkin worm until dark and then switched over to a june bug. WAter temp was 84F One fish was just at a keeper, never measured it. it was hooked deep and bleeding so I just wanted to get it back in the water as quickly as possible. Hump is 9ft deep and in the very middle of the lake. No pics, sorry!
