FINALLY

I have been stuck in doors remodeling my rental home from top to bottom. Now first part of June, no biggy as the weather sucked, but now it is killing me.
So, I got over there at 7 this morning and got my painting done. Couldn't so much else because of the wet paint, so I headed for the hills.
Nice and cool and I had a blast. Even got a nice Chironomid that was still in one of the fishes mouth and it is in great shape, so thanks for the fly, and the good release on the rainbow so I could play with it.





Caught a bunch and all on nymphs. Very small Green Copper John

awesomeness sis... and the free fly to boot.. cant beat that with a cane rod.. :-)

I posted an answer the other day on best fly and I have to say when MacLarry and I went out this past Tuesday I used a chrom you tied me a while back... all red.. and the sunfish loved it.. in one little pool I got a hit or fish on on almost every cast.. regretfully.. a fly eating tree got the best of me and I lost that fly.. but.. on the up side.. MacLarry caught a 10" or so lmb using one of the hoppers you sent me.. you should of seen the grin on his face.. LOL..
