How did you do today Troll, I called you around 2 pm and you said the fishing was great but the catching sucked. How did you end up for the day???

The fishing remained great, except for that smell all around the boat. Catching remained worthless.

We saw 1 boil about noon outside of freeway bay. Then all afternoon we could see schools of shadlets like TD posted pics of the other day. About 3/4 to 1 inch they looked.
Then about 7pm there were some small boils near the entry to the N Marina, watch the gulls, they roup up on them pretty quick and then it is over. Most 7pm boils lasted a very short time.

Water temp near the Pig Farm was 80. In front of the N marina was 75.
Marked tons of fish, all thru the column, but I think they are stuffed like after thanksgiving dinner.

Thanks for the report. It is the same problem at Pineview right now. There are sooo many small perch that the fish are all stuffed[mad]. I have caught a total of 7 fish the last two times at Willard and the Last two times at Pineview. I need a trip to Lake Powell. The Boils at Powell will be fantastic the next couple weeks. If you have the chance head to Powell for summer time boils[] I am headed to the National Hang Gliding Meet in Idaho or I would be headed to Lake Powell.
