Rockport again
#1
Had planned on going to the Berry Sunday but ended up staying out late Sat. night so decided to hit Rockport again so we could sleep in a little latter.

Launched late, a little after 7 and fished till around 2. The wind blew all day, not hard, just enough to make trolling difficult. Did try some drifting but only got one bite, no fish.

Fishing was slow, only getting 5 into and out of the boat. Same as last week 15" clones. Trolled both the state park side and the highway side, with more fish on the state park side toward the inlet. Again most were shallow 10-15' but were seeing more in the 20-25' range than last week. Used leaded line with wedding rings (green and orange) seemed to work best. Tried several different Rappalas and Flat fish, needlefish, and triple teasers in various colors, but they weren't as effective.

Fishing is always good, sometimes the catching sucks.
