Deer Creek this AM.....7/21

Fished DC for a couple hours before going into work today. Got there at 6, no bites till 7, great bite until we left at 9. I took some cousins who had never caught fish. We kept 4, and missed a lot of bites. It was a fun morning.

First time baitfishing in 2 years, used Green/yellow PB, bubble to get out and down, 3 feet of leader.

A big Thanks to the wakeboarders, every time they went by the fish went crazy.

Not bad looking fish. Looks like you were fishing on the west side of the south boat ramp. Drops off pretty deep right there. Some of the bites may have been Perch nibbling at your offering. There seems to be quite a few this year.
