catfish questions

Hey I fished again last night out at lindon same place same bate and hardly had a nibble. Does anybody know what time of night the cats bite the best. and if the time of year is a factor. I guess I am just looking for one of the experts here who knows where the cats are at what time of day and year. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
