[mad] maybe its just me but here is how it went at the gorge yesterday. Got on the water in lucerne at seven. Went to lonwood. Found the lakers and after a few hours of jigging had only one hit. Then, I searched every square inch of the lake between linwood and the pipeline. I found not a single school of kokanee like i was hoping. I never found them for eight hours or trolling rocky mountain dodgers and rocky mountain uv squids in all the colors I had. It was the worst day i had in a long time there. but, I did catch a boat load of amallies. Nothin over 2 lbs but we did loose a couple monsters. We even hooked in to some ten pound carp with our jigs. It was fun but I really had my heart set on salmon[:/]. maybe next time i could pay a pro on here to take me lol. thanks for all the advice from all who shared.
